CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

During the years, Teseo has developed high and specialized skills about Customer Satisfaction (CS), involving original and innovative analysis models base on well-established theory.

 

Since 2007, TESEO has analyzed 200.000 surveys of CS for several hospital in Lombardia, in partnership with IULM university to evaluate quality service and customers wellness.

 

This surveys are concerning to:

  • Write a specific questionnaire based on the requires  of commitment.
  • Plan the detections involving students fully trained on: interview face to face, motivation, get the internal organization dynamics.
  • Coordinate the detection group (oversight the questionnaires and monitoring the sampling)
  • Data entry and clean
  • Data Analysis (statistical analysis, descriptive and inferential) comparing to international and national literature.
  • Integration with research ad hoc required by the organization, about the service quality and the internal satisfaction (doctors and nurses).
  • Submission of the results to CS manager.
